2.1 Data provided voluntarily
- Account registration: username, email, nickname (first and last name), password (stored as a bcrypt hash).
- Billing data: company name, VAT/tax code, address, city, ZIP, country, PEC, SDI code.
- Payments: entirely managed by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access.
- Cookies: see the Cookie Policy section below.
- Managed device data (peers): hostname, CPU, memory, OS, software version, UUID, IP address, installed software.
- Remote access logs: connections, disconnections, file transfers, login attempts.

4. Data recipients
- Stripe, Inc. – payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
- Hosting provider – the servers that host the service.
- Competent authorities – if required by law.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. International transfers
Data may be transferred to providers outside Switzerland and the EEA (e.g. Stripe in the US). In such cases we apply adequate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Data retention
- Account data: for the entire contract duration and up to 12 months after deletion, except for legal obligations.
- Billing data: 10 years (Swiss and EU tax obligations).
- Access and audit logs: up to 24 months.

7. Data subject rights
The User has the right to:
- Access their personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal limits.
